The entire card issuance process is…
The entire card issuance process is online. No waiting for physical cards to arrive in the mail, could use them for online payments.

Horrible company
Horrible company. A scam do not use them. I deposited almost 1000$ then they froze my card and they said they couldn't unfreeze it. I have over 700 frozen. They will not refund me my money. It worked once for doordash. Then the second time it froze my card. (Doordash again) now they are saying they can't unfreeze my card or refund my funds still in my account. Horrible company. This is a scam. Please save your money and go with somebody else.
Update: they have left a false response. I hace screenshotted my balance remaining of 710.68 and they have also restricted my account access after this review. I have the screenshot to prove it. This company is a scam. I will ask trust pilot how to upload the screenshots. I cannot believe they would respond with a blatant lie.
Update again: you disabled my account literally right after this review but luckily I screenshotted the available balance before you restricted my account and now I cannot login. But it did send me an email right before you responded saying my account is now restricted which I can also upload. I cannot believe still you would lie I. Efforts to try and scam more people. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR FUNDS. also through funds were not used they were declined by you even though I had the 710 available in my account. So what you are saying is false.
Update: now I am frustrated, I logged in and you deleted my available balance it only says 28 cents. I have screenshotted the correct amount. This is fraud. I will get in contact with trust pilot to upload the screenshot of the original balance left. What a SCAM. I CANNOT BELEIVE YOU WOULD BE SO FRAUDULENT
Update: you literally went in and just changed one of the declined charges from doordash to 710$ that is so messed up. Wow that is messed up. I have screenshotted my balance from how it was earlier today before this review. I can't believe you went and changed it today after this review and I am not spending 710 on doordash. Wow I cannot believe you would lie like that.
Update again: they continue to lie just look at the other reviews. Trust pilot i have the screenshots. I am willing to give them to you so you can upload them. You are allowing reviews of a fraudulent site. I don't want anybody else being scammed from this site.

We strongly dispute the claims made in this review. After carefully reviewing the account, card activity, and transaction history, the statements in this review do not match our records.
The customer successfully deposited funds, issued a card through our platform, and used that card for transactions. Our records also show successful payments made with the card.
The issue occurred after repeated payment attempts were made despite insufficient card balance and after transactions were attempted with merchants/services that the customer had already been advised not to use. The customer was also warned that repeated declined transactions could result in the card being temporarily frozen for security reasons.
Despite this, multiple declined payment attempts continued. We assisted with the card activation/reactivation more than once, but the usage instructions and restrictions were not followed.
Regarding the claim that more than $700 remains frozen on the card, this does not match the balance and transaction records available to us. The card's funds were used through transactions, and the current card balance does not reflect the amount claimed in this review. We retain the relevant transaction history and account records supporting this.
There was also an initial activation delay, for which the customer was informed that approximately 1–2 days were required. The card was activated within that period and was subsequently used successfully.
We understand that a frozen or declined card can be frustrating, but describing the company as a scam does not accurately represent the account history in this case. The account and card activity, including deposits, card issuance, successful payments, declined attempts, and available balance, are documented in our system.
We are prepared to provide the relevant account and transaction records through the appropriate Trustpilot verification or dispute process if required.
Update: We have reviewed this update and stand by our previous response. Our records do not support the claim that $710.68 was available as a refundable balance. The account history shows deposits, card issuance, successful transactions, and repeated declined payment attempts.
The account/card restrictions were related to transaction activity and repeated declined attempts, not this review. We have complete transaction records and are willing to provide them through Trustpilot's dispute process. A screenshot alone does not show the complete transaction history or balance changes.
You are a fraud; all the allegations you are making are false and fabricated.

Transaction HASH ? Scammers
Withdrawal proof. Trustpilot, since i have no option of replying in the previous post, i wanted to write this last time quickly again. Cardupnow, In what world i can provide Hash of the withdrawal, You they are the ones to approve and confirm the withdrawal, so in this case they are the one who has to send me the HASH. this is just stupid and criminal approach. they must have sent me the Hash and confirmation of the withdrawal, not me providing one, since i haven't got my money back. This is why i am telling all the people to stay away from you anyway, because they can never see their money back. NEVER!!!

We strongly disagree with the claims made in this review.
The customer has already received the funds associated with the transaction in question. Despite this, they have continued to demand additional payment and have repeatedly created accounts and posted multiple reviews against our company.
We have already explained the transaction and provided the relevant information to the customer. If the customer believes otherwise, they should provide verifiable transaction evidence rather than repeatedly making the same allegations.
Posting repeated reviews or making accusations does not change the underlying transaction history, and we will not issue duplicate payments for the same transaction.
We encourage Trustpilot and potential customers to consider the actual transaction records and evidence rather than relying solely on repeated allegations.

Response from CardUpNowSep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, the statements in this review do not accurately reflect how our card plans and usage restrictions work.
We offer different activation plans with different card issuance capabilities and supported use cases. The $50 Standard Activation Plan is not advertised as providing unlimited cards or universal acceptance across every website or subscription service. The $300 Elite Activation Plan provides access to Elite Cards with additional supported use cases, including online shopping, subscriptions, travel, and dating platforms, subject to the merchant, card network, BIN restrictions, and available balance.
Each BIN has specific supported usage information, and customers are expected to review the applicable BIN details before attempting a transaction. A card may be declined when a merchant, transaction type, geographic location, merchant category, or other processing requirement is not supported by that particular BIN. This does not mean the card is defective or that the customer was charged for a service that was promised to work everywhere.
We also want to clarify that card transactions cannot exceed the available balance on the card. Repeated attempts to make transactions for amounts higher than the available balance, or attempts to use a card at unsupported merchants, may result in declined transactions or account/card restrictions for security and risk-control purposes.
The review also states that the customer was encouraged to purchase an Elite Card because it was the “only card that works.” That is not an accurate representation of our plans. The Elite Plan is a separate product with additional supported capabilities; it does not mean that every transaction is guaranteed to be approved.
Our records also show card issuance and usage activity associated with the account. Therefore, the claim that money was simply “stolen” is not consistent with the account activity and the services that were actually provided.
We are always willing to review a specific transaction when the customer provides the transaction details, merchant name, attempted amount, and the relevant card/BIN information. We encourage customers to contact our support team so that we can investigate individual transactions based on the actual records rather than assumptions.
We stand by our published plan terms, card/BIN specifications, and transaction policies, and we encourage customers to review those details before using a card for a particular merchant or service.
He also claims that he was blocked on Telegram and that his account was banned. These claims are completely false.

Response from CardUpNowAug 29, 2026
Your review does not accurately reflect your account history.
You paid $100, with a $5 gateway fee, leaving $95 available. Your card was successfully used for multiple transactions, including the $50 activation fee, Facebook, Koalendar ($11.66), SignNow ($20), and Proton ($1). Your remaining balance was $1.09.
After the balance became insufficient, you repeatedly attempted Facebook/SendinBlue payments without adding funds. These attempts were declined, with the system showing:
“This card has no available transaction amount, please set the limit before using.”
You were also informed through live chat to add balance before making further payments, but the attempts continued. For this reason, your account was suspended.
The card was clearly working, as the transaction history shows multiple successful payments. We have the complete transaction records to verify these facts.
Calling our service a “TOTAL SCAM” while ignoring the documented successful transactions, remaining balance, and repeated insufficient-balance attempts is misleading. Your allegations do not change the transaction records.

REBUTTAL TO THE OWNER’S LIES: Your Manual "One-Man" Fake Fintech Facade is Exposed!
UPDATE IN DIRECT RESPONSE TO CARDUPNOW SUPPORT:
Nice try spinning this to look like a standard industry dispute, but your response is completely fabricated. As a professional web designer, I am editing this review to expose your lies with hard, technical facts. I use Trustpilot almost daily to audit companies and protect myself from scams—which is exactly how I originally found your site. It is incredibly important to me to expose your operation right here on the very platform you used to deceive me.
I challenge you right now: Provide a single shred of official banking proof, settlement receipts, or cryptographic TX codes to back up anything you just wrote. You can't, and here is why:
1. Rebuttal to: "I am demanding a refund for spent money"
This is a blatant lie. I never asked you for a single cent back. I contacted your live chat with a simple technical question: Where did my balance disappear to? I knew the exact second I sent crypto to your wallet that the money was gone forever. I am editing this review solely to warn the public, not to get money back from a scammer.
2. Rebuttal to: "The transactions were not fabricated or manually created"
They are 100% manual, and I proved it. You claim a $519.04 transaction was "successfully completed." Both PayPal and Google Play officially confirmed that the card was rejected BEFORE the One-Time Password (OTP) verification phase even triggered. You simply took the records from my declined trial transaction and manually typed an "Approved" text log into my history while we were chatting to justify pocketing my money.
To prove your dashboard is a fake, static screen, I waited until you went offline (outside of China's business hours, which is when you are active). I ran a real transaction for 89 Euros. It went through perfectly with the merchant, but because you were asleep and couldn't manually type it into your system, it never appeared anywhere on my website history.
3. Rebuttal to: "Our cards feature active 3D-Secure payment systems"
If they do, why do users have to manually beg you in the support chat to get an OTP code? There is no automated credit card API bridge on your site. When a code is triggered, it goes to your personal device or email, and you have to manually copy-paste it to the user in the Crisp chat widget. Furthermore, immediately after I activated my account, the website suddenly went into a 2-hour "under maintenance" lockdown. That wasn't server maintenance—that was you on the backend manually setting up my profile parameters to prepare the trap.
4. Rebuttal to: "We encourage readers to visit our website and see our transparency"
I absolutely echo the owner’s challenge: Go to his website right now and look at the glaring red flags yourself!
• The $100 Math Trap: If you start with their minimum required top-up of $100, their 5% funding fee drops you to $95. Then they slash a $50 non-refundable activation fee, leaving $45. To move that to the card, they charge another 5% top-up fee. You are left with just $42.75 out of your original $100 before you buy a single thing!
• The Elite Card Scam: The website tricks you into thinking recharging $300 automatically grants "Elite Status." It’s a bait-and-switch. Once you load it, you discover you have to pay a separate $300 one-time fee plus 5% per top-up just to use it. The fancy "VIP tag" is a psychological trick—the card does nothing a free standard Mastercard cannot do.
• The "No Refund" Admission: Their refund policy is total nonsense because their backend is broken. The operator explicitly admitted to me in chat: "Our card can only make payments, not receive payments. Please do not take any payment refunds." The card physically cannot accept incoming merchant returns. If a merchant cancels a transaction, CardUpNow pockets your funds permanently.
The Verdict: This is a manual, back-alley crypto-skimming operation run out of a personal account (like Revolut). You make users manually book the transaction hash codes (TX hash) and upload screenshots just so you can manually flip a switch from "pending" to "approved." You hide behind Cloudflare proxies because you are committing fraud. Stop lying to the public.
───
P.S. to anyone reading this on Trustpilot: Take a very close look at the rest of the reviews for CardUpNow on this platform. Almost all of them are completely fake, paid for, or fabricated by the owner to inflate his score. The only other real, organic review I see here is from a user named "Ahmed"—everything else is just a manufactured lie to trick you into depositing your crypto. Anyone reading through their review will instantly see through this facade. Please check their profiles and dates again before you risk a single dollar!

UPDATE TO READERS
We are responding again because the reviewer has significantly changed and expanded their allegations after our original reply. Unfortunately, the new claims remain unsupported and are contradicted by the documented activity on the account.
We strongly dispute these allegations. The claims made throughout this review are false, misleading, and presented without verifiable evidence.
First, CardUpNow does not have hidden fees. All applicable fees, including activation, funding, and card top-up fees, are clearly displayed on our website before any customer deposits funds. Customers are free to review our pricing and decide whether the service meets their needs before proceeding.
The reviewer voluntarily registered an account, completed account activation, funded the account, issued a card, and used the card. These actions were performed knowingly and after reviewing the available pricing information.
The reviewer repeatedly claims that transactions were fabricated or manually inserted. However, the transaction history associated with the account shows activity across multiple merchants, including Google, PayPal, AliExpress, CHITUBOX, and other services. The account history contains successful transactions, authorization attempts, verification charges, temporary holds, and merchant-specific records. These are standard payment network activities.
The reviewer also claims that funds disappeared without explanation. The transaction records clearly show where funds were used and which merchants processed the payments. We maintain transaction logs and account records supporting this activity.
Another contradiction is the claim that all other customer reviews are fake, while only this review should be accepted as truthful. We leave that judgment to readers. Thousands of customers have reviewed our services, and we encourage everyone to evaluate all available information independently.
The reviewer further alleges that our dashboard is manually manipulated and that CardUpNow operates as a fraudulent service. These are serious accusations made without proof. If such evidence genuinely exists, it should be presented to the appropriate authorities rather than repeatedly changing the narrative through review updates.
For transparency, we maintain support records, funding records, card activity logs, and transaction histories. These records demonstrate that services were delivered and card activity occurred.
We also note that disputes arose only after the card had already been used for multiple transactions. Once a payment is successfully processed through a merchant, those funds are transferred through the payment network and cannot simply be recreated or refunded by CardUpNow.
To prospective customers reading this review: please review our pricing page, terms of service, and policies directly on our website. Make your decision based on documented facts, transparency, and your own research rather than unverified accusations.
We stand by our records, our services, and our commitment to transparency.
