Bought some AE gift cards off the website. Didn't receive gift cards for a while and read the reviews online so was scared that it was a scam. Scam alert, I buy a gift card $18 but they do not send to me.

Hours later, I'm still waiting for my ecard. I even emailed them twice to ask them to please send it to me. I also called several times: the number appears at first to dial, but it always goes straight to voicemail. I think no one actually handles their phone line.
