Thought I'd got lucky and won a card…
Thought I'd got lucky and won a card worth around $100. Tried to withdraw and they wanted another $30 so I paid. They then cancelled my withdrawal due to not having the card I apparently won that was in a "vault" I caved and sold the card back to them and won an even more expensive card and surprisingly they don't have that card either. Not sure why pokemon is being used here because I don't actually believe there are or were ever any cards. Support push for you to do cash withdrawals or sell back and continue ripping packs, rather than send you what you have won. I'm actually upset, thought I'd actually won something but this has been an unpleasant and expensive experience and I'm probably left with nothing.

support is very shady and buy back is very very shady they say they pay back full market value witch they deffintly do not i bought a card for $20 on there marjket place and then all of a suddeen now there buy back is only 18$ witch they say they buy back at full market value if i paid 20$ for a card from your market oplace and you only offer me a buy back of 18$ yall sure as f@#$ dont buy back at full prices.... support has no idea whats going on and all you people saying 5starts work for the site lol and cashing out is a joke ive sold moer then your withdrawl limts and still cant cash out lol STARTING TO LOOK MORE LIKE A SCAM NOW THE MORE I USE THIS SITE..

Dont use
Dont use, honestly the worst company. Why deal with the UK? Cant withdraw to a UK account. I wanted a card sent to me, waited 3 months and they said they had issues with suppliers. They are a terrible company that lie that they have the cards you apparently have. Sort your business out you morons

Sweatfree pack paid in site credits
The sweatfree pack paying you back in site credit is extremely predatory and not shown anywhere on the advertisements. So I had to open an additional pack which obviously paid back significantly less than the value I had paid. Then the withdrawal process is also taking an extremely long time, unlike other similar brands that I won’t yet name.

Wish i could give 0 stars, DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY! PROMO IS A JOKE! They give you credit and you can not refund your money! Support is a joke! TRUST ME AND TRUST THE REVIEWS! RUN!! $100 down the drain. Sweatfree is just a scam to get you to deposit. When you buy a pack and sell it they make you buy another pack with credit instead of letting you withdraw. Even if you don't use the SWEATFREE buy back. I sold the card i pulled and they will not let me withdraw. Saying its "promo" funds. Support stop responding after telling me wrong information.

Horrible business practices
Horrible business practices, shipping is $30 no matter the card cost to persuade people to sell the cards back and continue to lose their money. Upon bringing up the issue to support, they claimed the charge was to "help them secure inventory that people win" so they obviously don't even have the cards in stock that they are advertising in the first place and if you get a big hit that spikes in value from the time you won to the time they purchase it to send you it's unlikely you will ever see it.

Was misled by the free promo code
Was misled by the free promo code. Thought it was a risk free trial and instead it is simply a credit to buy another pack. I couldn't withdraw my money cus I conveintly drew a card that was $.06 short of the minimum. I couldn't ship the card to me as i dodnt meet the minimum on that either so my money was basically being held. I contacted customer service and after a whole lot of run around they offered me a "free pack". I assumed this free pack would be l the $25 pack i originally purchased. Instead it was a pocket pack with a $1.73 card inside. They refused to give any sort of refund for the misleading ads. I will never buy another pack from them. Dont waste your time or money. There are uch better sites to get digital packs from.

DO NOT USE SCAM !! You have been warned!
DO NOT USE! This company charges you for shipping at a rate of £30 then fails to send anything out in the 4 week timeframe I have given it 2 months and nothing, i reached out to cardoutpost and I was told “if you don’t like the wait sell the cards back to us and withdraw you funds” this was met by my account being frozen for “suspicious activity” I wasted hours with customer support to then get a reply “we didn’t freeze your account due to your complaint, this was just a pure coincidence, we apologise for up misunderstanding” less then 24 hours later they terminated my account “we will not be refunding as you broke the terms and conditions you signed when you made an account” as I got my bank involved as I stated I would do if I didn’t get an update, refund or my cards. Now I’m being mocked in email chats between 2 people. Shameful behaviour. DO NOT USE!
