Hit gold and got a card worth less than the pack cost…? I guess this is the normal for this scam website. Do not use unless you like wasting money on scammers.

Opened my sweatfree pack, got back my 100 had to play through it so I just opened $25 packs to play through bonus. Hit a gold tier on high risk and got LESS than the tier said the minimum was. Customer service treated me like an idiot saying that it was within policy because the pack has a range of $9-250 and i told them the gold tier says $50-250 and I got almost 2 tiers below that amount. They did nothing to resolve my issue. Cashed out my money with luckily a profit and I will not be returning until this is resolved.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Card Outpost. IF leaving less than a star was possible i would... I requested my first shipment on 11 July 2026, containing 4 cards. I then requested a second shipment on 2 August 2026, containing a further 5 cards. It is now the end of September and both orders are still showing as “Processing”. During this time I have contacted support repeatedly and have been given excuse after excuse. Initially I was told there were delays because they were busy. I was then told the cards would arrive within 10–14 days. After that I was told there had been a “minor inventory issue” which had supposedly been resolved. I was also told the supply-chain team would investigate and that I would receive either a proper ETA or tracking information. Neither happened. Most recently, support described this as a “slight delay” and told me the order should arrive by the end of the week. A shipment requested on 11 July still not having even a tracking number nearly 11 weeks later is not a slight delay. I have repeatedly asked for something very simple: a tracking number, courier reference, shipping confirmation or any evidence whatsoever that my cards have actually been dispatched. So far, nothing has been provided. What concerns me most is not just the delay, but the constant changing explanations and promises that do not appear to lead anywhere. At this point I have very little confidence that the orders have even been shipped. I have tried to be patient and reasonable throughout, but there comes a point where repeated apologies and vague assurances are no longer enough. Card Outpost currently holds cards belonging to me with a combined shipment value of approximately $847, yet I have no cards, no tracking information and no meaningful proof of dispatch. I will happily update this review if the matter is genuinely resolved, but based on my experience so far I would strongly advise anyone considering using the platform to understand that withdrawing physical cards may be a very different experience from opening packs on the website.

Hi Jay, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the unacceptable delay you have experienced with your card shipments and the frustration caused by the lack of clear communication and tracking details. Waiting 11 weeks is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we completely understand your disappointment. We genuinely want to make things right and ensure this gets resolved for you immediately. Could you please respond to the information request we have sent through Trustpilot, or drop us an email directly at [email protected] with your account details? Our team will personally investigate your specific shipments and provide you with a concrete update. Best regards, The Cardoutpost Team

Order was placed July 22nd 2026. I didnt recieve any cards until September 27th 2026. It was supposed to be a 1999 Pinsir with no symbol psa grade 7, I recieved a normal pinser grade 7... and I still have heard nothing to amend this issue. Cardpost is a waste of time and money. Don't make the same mistake I made. 0%trust worthy

6 months later, still no cards. Lies on lies say they shipped then say they’re sourcing still and blah blah. Spoke to 20 different people and no one knows what’s to do now. So if you plan to play they rely purely on you cashing out and re spending so straight up gambling your money. Don’t play, my advice.

They 100% do not have the cards they show or win. I have been fighting with customer service for 2 months now. They say shipped , never provide tracking number They say they will simply send me funds They then say can’t as card shipped - but can’t provide any evidence it has been. This week they said it would 100% arrive yesterday - it did not Just a bunch of scammers
