Hi Kenneth, we’re sorry the vehicle history report showed an odometer reading approximately 30,000 miles lower than your truck’s current mileage and did not include the lemon buyback record you expected. CarCheckerVIN reports are generated using vehicle information received from third-party automotive databases and API providers. Available VIN data can depend on when government agencies, insurance companies, auctions, dealerships, manufacturers, service centers, and other sources submit or update odometer readings, title records, lemon law buyback information, and vehicle history data. Please contact our customer support team with your VIN and order details so we can review the mileage discrepancy, odometer history, title history, and lemon buyback records. Since the report did not provide the information you expected, we would also be happy to offer you a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. — The CarCheckerVIN Team
