This company is a scam and will offer you more for your vehicle upfront, then do the inspection and lowball you.

Eddie Richard lied numerous times to me on the phone and assured me that the multiple BBB reviews stating these same bait and switch tactics were fake and that it was only from customers who lied about their cars condition. The owner and CEO Bill Coleman wrote two blanket statement replies to my BBB complaint about how they try to maximize value for their clients, but never addressed the fake offer they baited me in with or acknowledged me at all. Their site sucks. You put in the info, it says to wait 20 seconds, 5 minutes later, still nothing. It doesn't say it's working on it, you hit contact and it causes all your info you filled in to drop off

Like others experience this is a total bait and switch. Dropped offer over 4K after great inspection. Said things like they will need to replace the tires (less than 20K on them, Car has minor scratches, etc.. Yeah there are a few small blemishes as most cars with 57K would have, but interior is perfect. Unless you are trading in a Tesla or another high demand vehicle, I wouldn't waste your time. The experience felt just like being at an old school dealer. Defeats the whole purpose of the "Online Experience"
