Caradonna AdventuresReviews of caradonna.com

Very easy to work with, helped us out during the entire process. Kept us informed when the airline changed times for our flight, and made sure we were comfortable during the changes to our trip. Will definitely use Caradonna again.

All the details taken care of and we had a wonderful vacation. Caradonna answered all our questions and got us the specific rooms we requested at Anthony's Key.

great vacation. I loved the size of the boat and the bedrooms. it was a bit top heavy and glad the seas were calm because I bet it would have been very rocky. the staff was fantastic...so helpful and kind and always had a great big smile. the whole week went smoothly. I just loved it

Amy has always been great. I have called her on all my past trips to Bonaire and she has gone above and beyond each time. On one trip my airline was late and I missed my connector. I could not get a flight from Curacao to Bonaire for severaldays, if even then. I decided to cancel and return home. Amy was able to get a full credit for me at the resort for my next visit. I will continue to use Caradonna, specifically Amy for all future trips. Thanks again Amy!! You are the best.

Always great advice and service. Have been booking dive trips with them for years.

Doris is the best representative for Caradonna Adventures. Doris was willing to work within my budget and identify a dive location/operation which surpassed my expectations. She was diligent in providing several options and listened to my interest and concerns with respect to my dive dreams!! I will continue to book my future dive adventures w/Doris!

I have used Caradonna Adventures 2 times for all inclusive dive trips for our family of 5 divers and both trips have been fantastic and have also been an incredible package as diving can be quite expensive so combining accommodations and diving was very economical. The accommodations have been perfect and the dive companies were excellent. We have to rent all the gear and the gear was perfect, the staff are knowledgable and friendly. I dealt with Liza Nieves for both trips and she was knowledgable, efficient (replies to emails within the hour) and really tailored the trips to our preferences. I had one problem with some prepaid transportation to/from the airport that did not work out but the minute I returned from the trip and let Liza know about the problem, she put in a request to get me a refund on what I had paid. Incredible customer service! I would recommend this travel agency to all my diving friends and cannot wait to book another trip!

Caradonna Adventures took care of everything for a recent Cozumel dive trip and all was just as desired. The booking process and follow up were very good. I'd recommend booking dive travel through Caradonna!
