Kim was a fantastic travel agent with Caradonna. Due to Covid our initial trip date had to be changed, but Kim was able to help with this change and it all went smoothly We stayed at Anthony’s Key Resort in Roatan and everything was just wonderful. The dive staff was first rate and the resort accommodations, bar and restaurant was also great. It was so good to be able to have this relaxing dive vacation in the middle of this pandemic

Cammie did an absolutely fabulous job finding options and making last minute arrangements for us to dive over the Christmas/New Years holiday. Covid19 negated our original plans and we feared there would be no trip, but Cammie came to the rescue and found us a lovely resort, made the flight arrangements and had us diving when there was every possibility we would be going nowhere. Thank you, Cammie, for your “can do” attitude!

The trip exceeded any and all expectations. It was perfect for a solo traveler on first dive trip. I will ONLY go to Caradonna for any future dive travel and highly recommend! My girlfriend and I just returned from a 10 day trip to Cozumel. We had a amazing time even though we were there during hurricane delta and the coronavirus. Kim Mackey did a fantastic job booking our trip and then coordinating the changes we made to extend our trip. She was extremely responsive and answered every single question we had. Every trip I book in the future will be through Kim!

After several weeks of closure, the Island of Saint Lucia is reopened for tourist and one of the locations reopened is Scuba Saint Lucia located on Anse Chastanet Resort. We had booked this vacation several months prior and had to sit back and wait and see what would happen and on July 24th the Island reopened to tourism. The folks at Caradonna were outstanding in helping us prepare for this adventure during these times. The biggest issue was being able to get the results of a COVID test back that had to be done within seven days. The testing location said 24-48 hour results but instead it was five days plus. We were down to the final hours when our test came back and we were in constant contact and ready to cancel at the last minute. Everything came together and the folks at Caradonna, hats off to Doris, who worked with us right up until "Decision Time." Once we got to the resort everything was as promised and created for a great dive adventure. We have now booked with them several times and everything is as promised. Highly recommend Carodonna you can be assured this company will take care of you from start to finish.
