Our 5-star experience with Caradonna Adventures was entirely due to Doris Pfister. From our first communication to the last, Doris was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. She was always reachable, even when our travel was disrupted. Doris seemingly went to the ends of the Earth to provide me and my family with assistance when our flight was delayed for over 10 hours. This delay caused us to miss all our connecting flights and pushed our itinerary back by 2 days. Doris found ways to help us recover those lost days, such as rebooking departure flights to later dates, rebooking tours, and extending our hotel stay. And the fun didn't stop there, for when we arrived back in the U.S., additional flight delays would have left us stranded in a city that was over 4 hours away from our home. Once again, Doris stepped up and helped me and my family get booked on an alternative flight that eventually brought us to our final destination. I cannot praise Doris enough for her incredible work, expertise, and professionalism. She played an integral role in helping my family have a once-in-a-lifetime vacation despite a litany of hurdles. Doris worked tirelessly to assist us and always maintained a wonderful sense of humor during rather tense situations. I highly recommend Doris Pfister to my colleagues and will assuredly work with her again in the future.

I've been booking with Doris at Caradonna for many years and can recommend them without hesitation. She has taken the time to get to know us and understand our travel preferences and make recommendations accordingly, and she's always spot on. It's great having her and a team of resources with first-hand knowledge of so many locations/resorts/liveaboards. They provide insights you can't find (or trust) with Internet searches. There's been times when I've done my own research and brought it to her and she, very politely, guided me otherwise, and she was 100% right. I've even asked her before to recommend locations we haven't been to, she has, and we just trusted her and booked. Those have been some of the best places we've gone! In today's world, it's hard to find service like this, but this is just a day-in-life of Doris and Caradonna. I can't imagine booking without them!

After a mix-up caused me to miss the pick-up van at my destination airport, my cell phone unexpectedly rang and a representative from Caradonna was already working on the problem and sending the van back before I even called them. Doris is my agent at Caradonna. The advice and insights she provides while we are planning my dive travels have made my trips more fun and trouble free. Caradonna is about knowledge and active support for their clients.

We worked with April and she is AMAZING. She answered all of my many questions, she is timely and always so responsive and helpful. I appreciate her and truly enjoy working with her.

We’ve booked diving adventures with Doris now in multiple locations. The resorts and/or boats have been top notch and Doris’s care and attention have made all trips easy. We’ve used Caradonna on trips ranging from 2-16 persons and as close as the Caribbean and as far as Indonesia and all trips have been seamless! Doris is the best!

Since 2011, we have taken 22 group dive trips and have 3 more already in the schedule. ALL of which have been coordinated by Doris from Caradonna. Though all the trip planning, pre-trip logistics, mid-trip challenges, and post-trip follow up Doris, has been our hero. She catches the things I let slip through the cracks. Always stives to score us the best value and steers us away from pitfalls. Honestly, I have never met someone who worked so diligently for the customer. In every step of the way, Doris and the team at Caradonna has handled rebooking, flight delays, resort disasters (fires, hurricanes, etc) and always fond a soliton, and truly made my travelers feel like they were important. Dorsi and the entire team at Caradonna are the best of the best.

I have always found Caradonna Adventures to be easy to deal with and always able to help when some help is needed. All the trips organized by them have been very relaxing and enjoyable.
