Caradonna AdventuresReviews of caradonna.com

I HAVE BEEN USING CARADONNA ADVENTURES FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD OUTSTANDING SERVICE. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND VERY ACCURATE IN TRIP PLANNING AND BOOKING. SPECIAL THANKS TO KIM MACKEY, WHO HAS BEEN MY TRUSTED AGENT FOR MANY YEARS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARADONNA TO ALL DIVE TRAVELERS!

Tri-State has been working with Caradonna for many years...and there is a reason why. They are efficient, accommodating, professional and personable. I have absolutely no complaints and I will continue to use Caradonna without question! Mary Ann

Our Dive Center has been traveling with Caradonna for over 20 years. We appreciate the travel knowledge, expertise, professionalism, friendliness, patience and enthusiasm that they offer. The attention to details makes our trips enjoyable to not only our diving clients but makes our job as dive leaders that much easier and fun. Cheers to Doris!

Caradonna provides first rate booking services, with unmatched customer service. I’ve found the work of April Fung, our sales representative to be indispensable. April’s attention to even the tiniest detail of our bookings is a godsend. I rest assured everything will run smoothly from the time our groups depart until we return.

Kristi from Caradonna was very helpful in helping finding and then organizing my diving trip in Bimini. Efficient and coming back rapidly with answer, it was a pleasure working with her. The description of the venue was realistic, not trying to embellish everything, and corresponding to what I was looking for. I will definitely contact her again.

My wife and I have been using Caradonna Adventures for close to two decades for dive vacations all over the world, the latest being dive vacations to Fiji and Belize (Blackbird Caye) in the past twelve months. Why do we keep coming back to Caradonna...because of the professional, knowledgeable travel consultants who are SCUBA divers themselves and who know the dive areas and resorts we're interested in going to. WE CAN DEPEND ON THESE FOLKS to give us valuable advice and consul on times to travel, conditions of the area we plan to travel to and of course the pros and cons of each resort. We have never been disappointed with Caradonna. Their prices are reasonable and they have always gone that extra mile to get us booked, make changes or even help us in case we find ourselves in a travel dilemma. The Caradonna Adventure organization is first rate in our mind and certainly the best operation we've dealt with in booking dive vacations especially in exotic places. OUTSTANDING COMPANY. OUTSTANDING TRAVEL CONSULTANTS!

I've been dealing with April Fung at Caradonna now for three years, and it has been a wonderful experience. She is helpful, accurate, quick, anticipates problems and questions, saves me money, keeps my clients happy, never says "no," and keeps my stress level down. I really don't know how one could ask for better service or effort. Caradonna has been good all the years i've dealt with them, but I've been arranging and leading dive trips for over 20 years now, and April Fung is the best. She always seems to be on email if needed, at any time on any day, and she always knows how to get things done. Amazing. She seems to have developed a healthy working relationship with all the suppliers, and they all seem willing to go that extra bit to help her out...which means helping me out. Most recently she managed to get me an extra room at a "fully booked" resort. Well done, April!

We’ve worked with Doris at Caradonna for more than 15 yrs now, and have always had a great experience. Recently we were on a dive boat that did not live up to our expectations- Doris was able to get us a credit on another of the fleets’ boats for a future trip. It’s little things like this, as well as the fact that she now knows our travel ‘style’, and her suggestions are always spot on. Doris led us to our absolute favorite dive spot in the Caribbean, which we return to yearly (I’m not telling where- you’ll have to ask her!). Looking forward to many more years of working with Caradonna- Doris in particular.
