Redemption process shows $30 instant however that isn’t always accurate and anything more takes days to get mine is still pending

Used to love playing on Cappy met great…
Used to love playing on Cappy met great people in the chat but recently they have drastically lowered dailys and make it almost impossible to get to the extra gifts. Not to mention you can't win to save your life. Iv reached out to support multiple times with no response lately and I'm over it . Don't think I'll be spending any more money here .

First few redemptions went perfectly…
First few redemptions went perfectly fine and were prompt. However I recently had a 500SC redeem rejected and after resubmitting for 300SC, it is still pending while in the present moment I see many are awaiting a response from support which is nonexistent. Like actually non-existent.
