Lacks communication, shipping updates, customer service & quality for price paid. I didn’t receive the transfer I paid to have VHS tape to USB thumb drive in time for a bday gift. Customer service said once it ships I’ll be able to use free cloud access to download in time for bday- no access to this day. When I finally received my VHS back, my plastic case was broken and not properly packaged for shipping. I shipped to them in a box, surrounded w/packing paper plus plastic VHS cover- they shipped back to me in bubble envelope. Thankfully VHS is not damaged. I called approx 4x just to get updates & not one piece of customer service info provided was on the level. I will never use their services again.

They have had my old video camera tapes since January and it’s now April and they can’t tell me where they are and are blaming it on a technical issue with shipping. This makes no sense. And now I have lost TEN tapes with footage of my daughter when she was a child. I am beyond devastated and furious. DO NOT trust them with your things that can’t be replaced.

Horrible quality control matched by horrible customer service. There are far better video and film processing companies out there.

I have not received the work from Capture.com yet, so I can't say anything about quality, but they just charged me extra money in order to give me access to the digital files... WHY? I guess that since I already paid for the whole work and shipping, I would not decline to pay more money in order to get it. I called them and the representative told me that if I declined to pay the extra amount, they would send my tapes back and lose the money. Capture.com you SUCK big time. Hopefully there are more companies that do the same work without cheating the customers

I reached out to capture who yesvideo outsourced to to do a basic digital transfer. The transfer was supposed to be available via internet. The transfer failed. Contacting yesvideo who sent me to capture who sent me to fujifilms. All of whom passed the buck. In the end I did not get the digital transfer that I paid for. The customer service departments were all unhelpful and I would not recommend yes video or capture to anyone. Terrible experience 0/5 stars
