Whenever there is a negative comment or low review score (which is very rare - this is the only 2-star review we have ever received), we have a policy to look into the situation so we can learn and correct our level of service. In looking into your account it was discovered that you came to Capson through an independent broker/agent. We regret that you have had an issue with the way your account has been handled by your agent and we are currently looking into that relationship to better understand why they created a less than satisfactory experience to you. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes learning from our insureds that their broker is not living up to the quality of service that Capson is widely recognized to provide.
