I ordered a Caprilite fascinator from Amazon. It arrived with no way to attach it to your head, despite both the Amazon image and the one on the Caprilite website showing a headband. I emailed caprilite directly and received a very quick response, followed by them sending me a headband in the post by return. Makes a change to get such a prompt and positive response

Prior to placing my order I had several email exchanges with the customer service team. They were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions promptly and made great suggestions for a suitable colour scheme for my fascinator. I also sent them photos of the outfit I'm wearing for my son's wedding. The fascinator arrived today and I'm extremely pleased with it, the style, colours and additional gemstones are all perfect and it's a beautiful item. The negative reviews on Trustpilot did concern me but my experience with Caprilite has been great and I have already recommended them to another wedding guest.

I wanted a fascinator to match my dress and accessories but unable to find anything in bright orange and fuchsia I turned to Caprilite who perfectly matched my colours in the design I wanted, they even added crystals to complement those in my accessories. I highly recommend this small business as nothing was too much trouble and from my initial contact my fascinator was delivered, perfectly packaged within days.
