We still have not received the missing bolt for PO 40659. We were sent the wrong item with missing bolt and was never given the correct one.

Hello Jorge. I am sorry you feel that way. We first discussed you selecting shipping of UPS, then you changed it to USPS. Invoice was ready, so had to be modified. Then you wanted to change from charging by credit card to charging with paypal, which the invoice had to be modified again. We work hard for our customer service. Hopefully you will have a better experience next time.

Good morning Giuseppe. I am sorry about the mistaken product we sent you. This definitely was our error as we got two shipments backwards. We fixed this for you, by giving you a refund. Unfortunately, we have to go by eBay's policies since you purchased this on eBay. That is not in our control, therefore we refunded you the full amount you paid on eBay. I am happy to give you a 10% discount on your next purchase for your trouble. Thank you.
