I don’t know Jesse’s exact role within the company, but his business insight, thoughtfulness, and empathy were immediately evident and made me feel truly heard and respected. At the time of writing this update, my business loan is still under review. Even so, I now feel reassured and hopeful moving forward. Jesse’s care, professionalism, and willingness to step in have made a meaningful difference, and for that, I am truly grateful.
