Please pay attention to the negative reviews people are leaving!!! I signed up to have my credit cleaned and absolutely nothing has been removed due to their efforts. Your stuff will say it’s in dispute in the portal but I promise you nothing is in the works. I’ve been having my credit cleaned for months now, I’m on my 4th round supposedly and absolutely nothing has been cleaned. I became suspicious and decided to do some digging and found other reviews with my exact experience. I wanted to like them soo bad and I had high hopes but this company is giving scam!!! Take your money elsewhere! I beg you!!

Hey Kyle, Thanks for the review! I want to address first that we legally have to document every letter we send out on our client's behalf, thus ensuring work is being done for every single one of our clients. Legally the credit bureaus have 30 days in between letters to give us a response. We appreciate every client's honest review but it's important to look into the reasoning as to why you and a few other people have had a similar experience when many others have not when following instructions and staying compliant during the program. We will happily send over any documentation needed to help alleviate that mis understanding. It's also important to keep in mind that credit disputes are not a quick process although some clients can see quicker results than others. 120 days is not enough to fully clean a file as some can take 6-8 months or longer. In the 4 rounds you were enrolled in our program you failed to mention the hard inq removed and some positive credit changes to your report with the rest still being actively disputed: Equifax: 509 -> 595 Experian: 587-> 612 Transunion: 520 -> 592 We apologize for your experience and wish you the best of luck with your credit in the future!
