Dear Reviewer, All withdrawals with our platform are processed smoothly, and in most cases they are completed well within the stated 48 working hours. In fact, the majority of withdrawal requests are finalized much faster. On rare occasions, certain factors such as staff availability, account conditions, open positions/trades of an account that highly impacts the account balance or any other standard compliance and accounting checks may result in a short delay. This is a normal and responsible practice across the brokerage industry, and our company fully reserves this right in order to ensure secure transactions. That said, we are proud to state that every withdrawal to date has been processed successfully, with no funds ever being withheld or kept in any way. No withdrawal to this date has ever exceeded a maximum of 72 hours on our platform (by records). We strongly encourage clients to allow the proper processing time for their requests, and we stand by our record of reliability and transparency.
