They will pay up. Last year they stole $17k no apartment... The Michelle lady is is crafty. The Laguna Beach address is a mailbox. The landlords who they claimed stole my money reached out. What a mess. Also, becareful with your private Information they might be using it. Hard to believe their positive reviews are legit.

Hi Derek,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to provide clarity for future clients reading this. After your keys were retrieved, our service was completed in full. The next steps for cleaning, yard maintenance, and photography were coordinated with trusted partner teams, all of whom were introduced to you directly for scheduling and completion.
Unfortunately, it appears there was no follow-up response to those vendors. At that stage, management and setup were ready to move forward, and the property was positioned for listing. You also maintain direct contact with the owner for monthly rent payments, so communication has remained open and active.
Our goal has always been to deliver transparency and high-quality service, and other clients in the same program have transitioned smoothly and are currently taking bookings. We’re happy to revisit your file and clarify any remaining details if needed.
Thank you,
Capital Bloom Team

Avoid like the plague
For starters, they got me involved in a property that could not be used as a short term rental, so I am out several month's rent as well as the cost of furniture. On one property they were "managing" for me, in the second month, they took my bank account information off the site, so I was no longer getting my share of payouts from guests. Capital Bloom stole this money from me and claimed it had to be used to refund guests.

Hi Eric,
We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. We set up and furnished two properties for you—one in Atlanta and another in Chattanooga—with leases that permitted short-term rental use. If there was any confusion regarding STR permissions, we would have been happy to clarify further.
The guest refund in Atlanta was issued due to a rare snowstorm that prevented cleaners from accessing the property, leading to an unfortunate check-in experience. In that case, we made a decision in good faith to maintain guest trust, and we communicated this to you at the time.
As for the Chattanooga property, the owner unexpectedly chose to sell the home shortly after leasing. We understand how frustrating that was and provided you with alternatives to help navigate the situation. Since then, we’ve adjusted our leasing requirements to protect future clients from similar scenarios.
We regret that things didn’t work out the way we all hoped. Our team put in significant time and effort into setting up your properties, and we always aim to provide the best possible service.
We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
