I ordered 2 for 1 coronavirus hat in pink and paid $35 or so via Paypal. Eventually 1 hat arrived. I wrote to the seller, who had been in touch via e-mail with tracking info, that I had only received one, not the promised 2, and asked for the shipment of the 2nd one (which I had planned to give to my daughter). I just checked Paypal and see that my account had been immediately credited, though interestingly, not by Capfire, but as follows.
