The package doesn't arrive

Never got the product and refund didn't cover all the costs. Actual Scam.

Very cheap fabric. Some of the tops are more complicated to put on than how they look in the photograph

The clothes are of very poor quality. At first glance, they do seem like the ones shown in the photos on the website, but in real life you can really tell that they are made of very thin and shiny polyester. Since the quality is so evidently bad, I didn’t want them, so I asked the customer service for a refund. I feel like the reviews stating that the customer service is fast and useful are fake, because I had to write to them multiple times until I got an answer, and I found out that they actually do not offer a real refund, but only a voucher with which you can buy something else in their store with the money you already gave. They should have definitely written it on the website, instead of saying that they offer a refund. So, considering that they claim to be an “eco-friendly fashion brand that provides high quality” but their clothes are actually of very bad quality and surely not eco-friendly, and that they claim to answer within 24hrs and to offer a refund but actually don’t, I would say that they are very suspicious and not reliable.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my package. They don’t send you emails with updates so I actually don’t even know where my package is.
