First of all, their product is amazing and worth every penny! BUT... I don't like that they think their customers are idiots!! Whether you have a 93% off sale or 80% off, whether you get 1 item free or $13 credit the price comes out the same because their shipping fee is on a sliding scale. For the exact same photo, your shipping might be $10.99 or 16.99 or 19.99 to make up for what ever discount you received. It's a shell game. Would I buy again? Absolutely, because the product is top quality. Please, respect our intelligence by not playing any marketing games, by advertising truthfully. Thank you.

The UPS updates are a disappointment. Never quite accurate, always changing. I am never 100% satisfied with my purchases (and I have made many over the years). The price reduction of products seems “artificial” when it seems to be offset by increased shipping costs. I have sent many friends and family to your website regardless. Also, I have no faith in the “free shipping” app.
