Do not purchase a juicer from this company, do not fall in line with the fake Instagram referral links like I did. The C09 clogs since I've had it. I've reached out to the company within 20 days of receiving the juicer and they have made it impossible to get a refund. Their refund policy is a complete fraud. It states you can receive a refund within 30 days but their email communication with me wants to refund me $50 and I get to keep the product. I do not want this, I want to return it for a full refund. At the bottom of the refund policy it states all sales are final. Their products are ALWAYS on sale. Please report this company to the Consumer Bureau. I've disputed the transaction with Amex and supplied them with our email chain of their fraudulent refund practices.

I requested a replacement via email because the order form does not work. There is a certificate that you receive for warranty and you have to activate it 14 days after your purchase but the order form is inoperable. I reached out via email to customer support and they asked for my order number the date I ordered and not the date that I received it. I still provided the information. My replacement request was still under warranty instead of receiving a response, I was redirected to a chat box after a few days of going back and forth with emails. My last email went unanswered. I even followed through. It went to the chat box and I was told that a human would reach out. No one has reached out and it's been 3 days.

I purchased and was sent a JE-60 juicer. that makes a grinding noise, the machine rocks so hard that it moves the entire machine so I had to stand there and hold it. I requested a return label 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive one. They don't adhere to their refund policy.

***Buyers Beware*** My husband purchased this Je -24 juicer on 03/9/2025. The chute rocks while juicing and products are stuck inside the bottom and can't come out. It's bend inside. I have called and email twice advising this is a defective juicer. No reply from anyone. They also charge an international fee which, you are not aware of until the transaction has been completed. ***I need my refund*** You only have a 30 day refund

It's making a lot of noise and it feels like it's working too hard. There is a lot of pulp and the juice needs to be restrained after so it's double the work. But it does work and if you don't have money for a Nama I guess this would be an okay choice.
