I found the communication to be excellent. Quick postage, and good clear online instructions provided , to show how the Canny collar works. And it does work beautifully. I have a loose lead at last. My adopted greyhound was a real puller, in any chosen direction, according to the next scent she wanted to investigate. Now, immediately the collar and her lead were on, she seemed to know she had to respond to the gentle control which is in place. It's a miracle, walks are now such a pleasure! Thank you.

Does exactly what it's meant to do. Would fully recommend this to anyone with a dog that pulls on the lead.

Excellent. prompt customer service. A bit of difficulty with product that we've sorted out with a bit of DIY. I reported issue just so company aware - reply quick - looking onto issue even though no one else has reported it. I didn't want to send it back but had I wanted to do so I would have no doubt the company would have allowed return and refund.

Again a canny collar is the best lead on market I now have one each for my two beagles and 2 spares But if a dogs going to pull ....its going to pull you must train your dog on a normal leash otherwise canny makes walking a pulling dog much lighter fun and easier
