Everyone at Cannon was very patient and helpful in bringing me up to date about electronic trading, and fully describing all of my trading options. They even arranged with the very knowledgeable staff at CTS to give me a detailed private tutorial on my own computer about the T4 platform. I was given extended opportunity to carry out simulated dry runs on this platform. When another unusual situation at home necessitated my unfortunate premature withdrawal, the vice president took care of all the details regarding the liquidation of my account. All in all it was one of the best experiences I have had, although far too short, from among a total of eight trading companies.
