My most recent order with you took about six weeks to get to me – and I wasn’t able to communicate with your company despite sending you at least three emails, and no one ever got back to me! I also could not find a phone number to call, finally, my order arrived right as I was about to call the bank and have my credit card canceled I like your product, but do better!

Cassandra, thank you for your lovely review. You requested information on how to change a subscription that was not up for renewal for 28 days. At the time of your request we were dealing with a team member out of action due to a kick from a horse and you received a reply two days after your one and only request. A pause was put on your subscription and we are able to restart it at your request at any time. You were provided with a refund on your last order as a courtesy, as you are clearly very upset about this. We do have a livechat function on the website that can address any pressing concerns, your subscription was 26 days from being renewed, how could we have better served you?
