Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The prices we charge for our services start at $99 and go down from there. If you paid $200 then you did not book with our company. The medical cannabis certificate provided by the licensed healthcare providers that use our platform allow patients to enter and purchase medical cannabis from marijuana dispensaries in Virginia. Many of the dispensaries also allow ordering online and delivery to a patient's home. I would very much like to talk with you so I could better understand what happened and try to help you resolve any issues you experienced either with this company or another company. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad your issue was not with the service our company provided. We do have the best pricing when it comes to connecting patients with licensed doctors so they can receive a medical cannabis certification. Our pricing is about half the cost of many other companies providing a similar service. We also donate 1% of our profits to local Virginia charities. This year we gave to REACHcycles and Veterans and Athletes United. Our goal is to help patients receive safe and legal access to medical marijuana in an affordable way. I am sorry you feel we did not live up to our goal. We do not have any control over the pricing of medical cannabis products at the dispensaries. I would recommend letting the dispensary know how you feel about their pricing and maybe some good could come from it. As for buying off the street, many people do not feel comfortable doing this because of the potential for it to be laced with unknown substances. One good thing about buying from a state-licensed facility is that all of the products are tested by an independent lab so people know what they are getting. The card issued by the state is no longer required because of the delays patients were experiencing at the state level. All that is required to visit any medical marijuana dispensary location in Virginia is the medical cannabis certificate which is emailed by the provider immediately after the appointment. Along with the certificate please remember to bring a photo ID and cash when visiting any dispensary. Since the state does not issue refunds on the $50 application fee I have gone ahead and issued a $50 refund to cover this cost and for the inconvenience experienced with the state's application process. Hello, we are glad you had no issue with our company. As far as the process goes, all providers on our platform are licensed to practice medicine and registered with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy to issue medical cannabis certifications. Patients are required to complete their patient intake forms before their appointment, which are fairly extensive. The intake forms go over past medical history, past hospitalizations, allergies, previous medications taken, and other information. The intake forms are then reviewed by the medical professionals prior to the appointment. During the appointment, the provider conducts an evaluation to determine if the patient could benefit from medical cannabis. If the provider feels the patient could benefit from medical cannabis, they are able to issue a medical cannabis certification. The certificate can be sent by email, fax, or mail. When a patient visits a dispensary, the pharmacist verifies the provider that issued the certificate is registered with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy to issue certifications. They may also call the provider to verify they issued the certification. Only licensed medical practitioners that are registered with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy can issue these certificates. As to our pricing, we do charge half the price that many other providers charge. We also provide follow-up appointments for a period of one year at no additional cost. Also, we donate a portion of our proceeds to help local charities in Virginia. This year we donated $2,500 to local charities, including Veterans and Athletes United and REACHcycles.
