The waiting room was packed
The waiting room was packed. Only 1 counter person and 1 pharmacist. It took an Hour and 10 minutes to get my prescription in hand.

Hello, I believe you meant to leave this review for the dispensary that you visited. Our company connects people to licensed doctors so they can receive their medical marijuana card. We do not sell any products. I have heard that some of the dispensaries can get busy especially around the holidays. I recommend checking out the dispensary page on our website to find another dispensary near you to see if you end up having a better experience. Horrible first experience
Horrible first experience. Never told me it was a phone call interview. Horrible receptionist!

TeleMed appointment - of what value?
This whole process is a joke and a "money grab"!

I understand you may not like the current laws that are in place regarding medical cannabis and the requirement of having to see a doctor before purchasing medical cannabis in Virginia. All we can do is provide a service that is required for residents to legally purchase medical cannabis products. We have not control over the laws that govern the state. I was given a 9:00AM appointment time…
I was given a 9:00AM appointment time and told to check in 15mins before my scheduled appointment. I signed in at 8:55AM and waited until 9:20, before sending a text that I'd been waiting for 25mins and no one joined the video call. I immediately received a phone call with the doctor stating they was backed up and we could do review over the phone. NO apology for being late at all. My time is just as valuable as theirs and an apology would have gone a long way towards me feeling better about the long wait.
