Thank you for leaving a review. The certification is accessible from the State of Virginia's website through the VCCA. Occasionally there can be a technical glitch where the system does not recognize the passcode that was generated with the certificate. This would make the certificate inaccessible. It is very rare but it can be fixed by having the doctor resubmit the certificate. Which we can have them do. If you can access the certificate but are unable to upload it to the dispensaries website then we could have the provider send the certificate directly to the dispensary if that would make things easier. Someone from our office will be reaching out around 8AM to get a little bit more information about the exact nature of the problem. Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. There is a known issue where about 1 in 1000 passcodes that go out with the certificate register as invalid. The error message will state the DOB or passcode is invalid. We can have the doctor resubmit the certificate which will resolve this issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There is a known error with the State's website where in rare circumstances the passcode to access the certificate does not work. They are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime we can have the provider issue you a new certificate or even email you a PDF copy of the certificate so that you can access the dispensary. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I have reached out to your provider to let them know. They will correct this issue as soon as possible. This is not typical for the provider you saw but I know that does not make it any less frustrating. Hello, I am not sure if this review was a mistake or for the wrong company. Our company connects patients with licensed healthcare providers so they can receive their medical cannabis cards in Virginia. We do not sell any insurance. Hello, the state website where you access the certificate has a bug where you can't click on the print button to print the certificate. You actually need to use the built in print function of the browser you are using. So Ctrl + P on Windows or Cmd + P on Mac. The state is aware of this scaling issue when the print button on their site is clicked and they are working to resolve it.
