Great customer service but online it was said they will offer discount for first time n also examples I wasn’t given opportunity and I’m also on fixed income n that was never offered

I nearly lost my renewal because when…
I nearly lost my renewal because when the email notification came thru as Medical Card, I assumed it was spam and ignored it for many weeks.
