Unfortunately, the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority mandates that all certificate must be issued through their online portal. The providers on our platform have no choice but to comply with the State regulations regarding this. Our office administrator will be reaching out shortly to see if they can offer any assistance. If necessary, the doctor can download a PDF copy of the certificate from their portal and email it directly to you or the email with instructions on how to access the certificate can be shown at the dispensary door and they will help you access it. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Did you have trouble accessing the prescription from the State's website? We have a video walkthrough on how to do that if you still need assistance. If you are still having any issues or need a hardcopy of the certificate mailed to you just let us know by calling us at 804-893-5068.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad that you had a good experience with the provider and found him nice. We are here to help patients receive their medical cannabis certificates so they can participate in the Virginia Medical Cannabis Program. We do not have any say in the currently legal process that governs the program. I understand the laws and regulations regarding medical cannabis in Virginia can be frustrating but we are glad that at least there is a way people can access this medicine for their medical conditions. There are a lot of states that do not even allow medical cannabis. Thank for you for taking the time to leave a review and bringing this issue to our attention. Someone should be contacting you within 30 minutes. Most of the products at the Virginia dispensaries have THC in them and many times there is are no options that only contain CBD. I know the dispensaries had these in the beginning but I believe they discontinued them due to low sales. If you have no use for the certificate we can have the medical provider revoke the certificate and issue a full refund for the appointment.
