My appointment with Dr. MIRSHAHI was quick and easy. No complaints! I marked down one star due to the complicated and confusing after appointment directions from the company. The directions are outdated containing information that is no longer relevant and also pre, not post appointment. Post appointment directions can be simplified to one short paragraph and should be revised.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased you had a great experience with Dr. Mirshahi. The after appointment instructions do contain a lot of information regarding applying for the state-issued medical marijuana card which is no longer required. The reason we left this information in the email is because some people still apply for their state-issued card because it can give them reciprocity while traveling to other states that have a medical marijuana program. We have considered removing them but many people that travel a lot enjoy having this information so they can legally purchase cannabis in other states while traveling. We will look at ways to reduce the amount of information to increase clarity. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this review as providing us with invaluable feedback.
