Certificate In Twenty Minutes Total
It was incredibly easy to make an appointment online, which I appreciate since I hate making phone calls and often am not able to call during a business's hours. I did have an issue with trying to connect to the telehealth call as I was never given a link to join one, but I was able to speak to the doctor directly over the phone instead. The connection was rather poor but we got the job done. I'm writing this twenty three minutes after the time of my scheduled appointment, and I've already printed a copy of my card. Thank you!

The videos were helpful
The videos were helpful, yet my first attempt at using credit card was rejected, leading me to re-populate the form all over again. It’d be nice if one didn’t have to redo all the #s, etc.

Easy process and compassionate staff
I was unsure about the program when I signed up last year. The staff walked me through it and built my confidence in the program. The renewal process this year was so easy.
