I ordered the black licorice taffy that showed on their website that was tri colored with orange and pink and white and black. I received the black licorice swirl instead. On top of it, not being what i ordered, it was so stale-hard as a rock. I sent them an email requesting the correct product but they claimed that was not what I ordered. and offered no other alternative. I had searched the web for that particular kind and it was out of stock everywhere except when i cicked on candy funhouse usa. They refused to offer any solution other than argue that what i ordered is what they sent. I would not deal with that type of customer service again. I know what I wanted and ordered and wasnt going to continue arguing with them. I had to throw the big box of black licorice swirls in the garbage. It was inedible. I only wanted an exchange but apparently they didnt have it or didnt want to honor my request. If this is how they conduct business, I would not recommend this company nor will I deal with them again!
