It's fun to pick out candies with my brothers an when we forget they send us stuff tailored to our tastes also great customer support I got a bad box due to weather an they've sent me a new one already! Awesome subscription box!

I spoke with Ashley on the phone
I spoke with Ashley on the phone. I wanted to cancel my subscription because I wanted a one time try and figure if I loved it to continue with a longer subscription. She persuaded me to stay on as a member and showed me that I over payed. She gave a complimentary order and a refund because I payed more than what was I quoted. She had great customer service skills.

I really enjoy my Candy Club…

Good sweets, Great support.
An excellent company. This is a great idea and would recommend the subscription to anyone that loves sweets. It gives you a chance to try some candy you never would've before! Also their customer support is very willing to help ensuring you have a smooth transaction each and every month! Highly recommend, A+++

Id like to recognize my customer service rep Jack
Id like to recognize my customer service rep Jack! He was great! Very polite, very knowledgeable, quick and easy! He even shared with me some current promotions, normally I wouldn't listen but he provided me with information not on the website. I really appreciated this. I am generally a person who likes to handle everything online and avoid talking to reps but it was a pleasure.Will deffinitely be a repeat customer because the awesome awesome customer service he provided. I was tottally disappointed when I…
I was tottally disappointed when I opened my first order..I wanted to send it back...but when I called Candy Club they happily accomodated me with a complimentary box of candies I picked....I am tottally satisfied with this company and the way they handle themselves and their customers....Candy Club is also safe to do business with your information only goes as far as here......ENJOY

Sweet Customer Service
The candy is absolutely delicious and when I had trouble receiving my package to my address that was given, the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend Candy Club for personal love of candy, sharing with friends, or company gifts.
