This box was the first that I ever ordered. The only thing that I really liked were the salt water taffy's. The jelly beans were okay but I am just not a fan of jelly beans in general, so I am not blaming candy club on that one. The Peach lemonade drops were not great and tasted slightly like soap honestly. The raspberry chews were the worst by far though. They were very bland and the texture was odd. Maybe I just ended up with the worst candie,s all in one box. I am not sure if I will continue with the subscription. The presentation of the box was nice though.

Today I got a an alert from my package tracking app saying my box was delivered but it was not. It was not in my mailbox or our neighbors. I called FedEx and USPS and they both said it was delivered and they did not have it at either of their facilities. So basically i just spent money for nothing. Pitiful!

I ordered my first box from Candy club two weeks ago, it came in the mail today!! When I first opened my box the sugar from one of my candys was spilled all over in my box, but I was like okay that's fine not a big deal. When I first started I took a survey and I chose the least amount of sour. 2 out of 3 of my Containers were sour. I got the sour jellybeans, the sour belts and the gummy butterflies. I didn't enjoy any of them. The only thing I enjoyed out of my box was the cotton candy salt water taffy. I don't know if I want to continue with subscription.

I odered the sours and more box from candy club over a week ago and it just came today! then when I opened the box one of the containers was open and spilled everywhere! also the taffy that came along broke apart and stuck to everything! but to top it all off None of the candy was even sour and I overall didn't like any of it! however I was excited for the taffy but instead of it being cotton candy like I hoped it was fruit and I don't like any of those flavors! extremely dissapointed with my box not sure if I'll ever order from candy club again.

So I was a member back in January 2015 and had a wonderful experience. Fast forward to December 2015 the 13th to be exact, I decide to resubscribe it's 12/25/15 and still no candy!!! It was a Christmas gift (12 month subscription mind you) . candy club has a hand in ruining my son's Christmas!!! He knew if he improved his grades he would get a subscription and he did!!! Too bad we have yet to receive it. it's never taken this long. I know another person personally who ordered the same day and received it by the end of the same week!!???!!! Is this how you treat returning customers??? A response would be appreciated.

I just received my order yesterday Christmas Eve 2015. My order came quicker than I expected. I open my box cute lay out. The taffy was good really loved it but when it comes to the jar candy I have a problem. I open the jar the candies was moist the sour candies suppose to be dry not most. I'm very disappointed with my first experience and I want to cancel. 😟😕😤😑😄😫😞

Took almost 3 weeks to get my package! I called after a week because I still hasn't even received an email that it had shipped. He just gave me an excuse that they updated their computers over the weekend and that everything was delayed because of that. He told me my package was set to ship out that day. A few days later I still hasn't received a shipping confirmation, so I called again. The lady I talked to looked me up and said she had no idea where that guy got the info from, because it still wasn't even set to be shipped yet. She said nothing was shipping til after labor day, but mine wasn't even on the list to ship out on Tuesday! She said she would manually put it in to ship on Tuesday. I finally received it, after calling again to make sure it shipped cuz I still hasn't received a confirmation, only because she manually put it in! So I finally got my candy! Ewwww! The licorice Scotty dogs are disgusting! The taffy scattered through is HARD. There was sugar scattered all throughout the whole box too , from the cherry whips, which made a MESS when I opened the box! Not happy with the whole thing. Oh, I had also emailed about my package not being shipped, and never got emailed back

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone at this point. I was so excited to receive my box, considering I saw so many good reviews about the company. Yet, when I opened my box, I was extremely disappointed. I had expected sour candies, just as I had wanted when I did the small quiz. Yet I received jelly beans, and gummy snacks. That isn't at all what I wanted. The selection was disgusting and the candy tasted like any other candy at the store. I was expecting "premium" candies, like they promise, but I got anything but that. I was only satisfied with 1/3 of the candies. And when I tried to reach out to the company by email, it didn't let me send my message through. It is extremely frustrating working with this, seeing as it's poor customer service in regards to how much I'll be paying per month for ordinary candy. I'm not pleased with this whatsoever. It was a huge disappoint for me.
