why isnt there chocolate you guys should really add it

Meh. The selection that I was offered was not comparable to what I had seen advertised, and what am STILL seeing advertised. I felt a bit swindled after seeing my actual choices, and still do. Strike 1. Cinnamon bears have an aftertaste like dirt. Actual dirt. Buttered popcorn jelly beans are just ok. The only other option was blueberry. Strike 2. The amount of candy that I got, for a total of $40 (that is WITH an intro discount), is laughable. Strike 3. So, for $40 (including shipping), I got 4 medium-sized tubs of candy that we will actually eat. I would advise that you stick with the sours, if you decide to go for it anyway. That is what they offer the most of, too. Almost everything they offer can be purchased cheaper on Amazon with free prime shipping.

So very upset ,we got our first candy Box today ,had ordered this as a surprise for a grandson coming to visit. I was excited to open the box, but 3 of the choices were chocolate were supposed to be chocolate . They were all melted into on gob that would not even move in the container,so upset over this. I sent pictures to the company,no response yet.. Perhaps rethinking about shipping chocolate in summer months should be considered.. I don't have a reference number this is a first order, bad experience first order.

I received my first order and it was completely melted to the bottom of the container. I pulled it from the mailbox immediately to make sure that this didn't happen. That was definitely not worth my $30.

HONESTLY THE WORST

I have been a member of the Candy Club for six months. Some of the candy I like, some I don't. This last box was extremely disappointing. I take the time to rate the candies I receive. If I give a candy one star, I really don't expect to see it again. Low and behold, this month I received one of the candies I rated one star AGAIN. Not only that, but I have received the same licorice pinwheels for 3 of the six months that I have been getting shipments, which leads me to believe that they don't have much variety. Really? The same candy 3 times in 6 months??

I first heard about Candy Club from a good friend of mine and one of my favorite YouTuber's was talking about her candy from here. So I chose the buy three get three deal for first time users. My first box took about two-three weeks to get to my house (which is perfectly fine), but I did not get a single candy I wanted. All six were wrong. I emailed Candy Club and they were very great about making sure I'm happy and sent me a new box with the original order. Well, I received my second box that was supposed to replace my other candies and what do you know...my order was wrong again. I'm a little bothered by it and was thinking that surely they wouldn't mess my order up a second time. I figure that I pay a good amount of money for candy so I at least want exactly what I ask for. I definitely will not be buying again :(

Was offered the,"buy 3 get 3 free." Was still charged at checkout. Called cust service and they did give the money back. I got my first box and it contained the wrong candy. Called to cancel and I got the annoying,"well will you stay on for this." Instead of just letting me cancel, I can go but candy a lot cheaper elsewhere.
