My cousin told me about Candy Club so I started my subscription, soon I started my Dad one as well. My Dads Dec 2015 order was messed up (holidays are crazy this is to be expected) I got a little frustrated & emailed not only was this immediately corrected but he was also given $10 off his monthly charge & he recv'd not 1 but 2 boxes. He's 66 years old & was so excited, we love getting our boxes it's a race to the Post Office just to see what we're getting, & the candy is unbelievably AMAZING!!! Thank you Candy Club your Customer Service is the "Bomb" 🤗

I honestly have had nothing but great service. If Id had any problem with my product all I had to do is call oe email customer service. Someone has took care of me right then and the email someone has got back with me the next day if it was after hours or the same day if the hours. I signed up for a year!! I can't wait for a years worth of candy!!! You guys are wonderful!!!!!

I just got my first box and I am in love! The shipping was very prompt and the candy was beautifully and securely packaged in tins that were sealed tight for freshness. The candy was delicious and something that you just can't find in your regular grocery store. I am very excited to keep getting this candy subscription service especially through the holidays! I highly recommend this service to anyone who loves candy!

When my son became bored with Lootcrate, we decided to try a new monthly box service. At first we tried BetterBox, but I felt it wasn't worth the cost and was a bit too feminine for both of us to enjoy. So we discovered CandyClub and placed our first order. The company offers a $20 off your first order coupon, which is wonderful and I appreciate the opportunity to try it at a discount cost. I live in the desert, and worried a bit about the candy cooking in the mailman's truck all day. No worries were necessary, it came well packaged with an insulated wrapper inside the box. Opening that wrapper, the presentation of the candy is quite aesthetically pleasing. The three tins of candy are mounted in a cardboard frame covered by a pretty sheet of wrapping tissue. Sprinkled liberally around the three tins were individually-wrapped saltwater taffy pieces. The box was surprisingly heavy, and the quantity of candy held by each tin is definitely more than I was expecting. Each tin opens similar to a paint can, though the sides are clear so you can see the candy inside. The tins reclose easily to keep the candy fresh. And speaking of freshness, I have yet to ever have candies so fresh and delicious. And I think that is going to be the number one reason I will continue our subscription. They taste like you picked them up right off the production line. We received red sour strips, red licorice scotty dogs, and jellybeans. The jelly beans beat Jelly Belly's hands down for freshness and taste. My son who usually hates jellybeans loved them, too. Even the taffy pieces are deliciously soft and fresh and comparable in taste to the ones we get at the taffy shops along the Oregon coast, but much fresher and softer even! Yeah, one could go to the grocery store and pick up a handful of candy for a bit less, but no way would you get the quality of freshness, flavor and the delight of opening such an eye-pleasing box as this. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Okay, I don't know why people are making such bad reviews on the quality of the candy and saying it's only worth $5! I had placed my order on July 26th and it arrived on July 30th I was really surprised because I had ordered from Tokyo treat like a month before and it shipped 9 days before candy club did, and it's still not here yet and it's July 31st!!! I loved the fast shipping and the quality and price of the candy! I will order again after I eat all the Japanese candy i'm getting XD

Such a great idea! So far have not been disappointed! Can't wait for it to come every month! Wish it came twice a month!!
