Writing for my daughter who ordered the box. Beautifully displayed and was lots of fun to open. My issue is...all her jars except 1 had a sticker seal but not the white sealed for your protection seal on the inside? Only 1 had the white sealed for your protection. When I looked into it more it seems they all should have that....not sure if she should try this candy.

I was so happy to choose my own candy now because almost all jars are gone where I still have the jars from the first and second round because we didn’t like them.

My friend gets candy from this subscription and brought it to me the month I was in the hospital and I LOVED IT! The gummis are juicy and soft and it’s the perfect size to snack on! I love this idea of flavor profiles too. Me being gummy person I love mostly sours and sweets and it’s awesome you can choose. My only problem is I was in a crazy accident and I can’t work so I can’t pay 40-60 a month for the candy subscription :( one day I will because I LOVE candy and a subscription for monthly candy is an amazing treat. Good job on this idea! One day I’ll be a customer 😛

UPDATE: Customer Service was quick to respond And they responded after hours. They are sending me out 4 new jars of candy to replace the 4 damaged products I received. The quick response and lack of hassling me (I offered to send the damaged product back but they said not necessary) definitely makes me feel valued. If the 4 replacement jars are as quality as the 2 goods ones I got today I’ll probably reinstate my subscription. I have changed my review to 4 stars due to customer service and anticipation that the replacement product will be amazing. I was super excited when my candy club box came in today. When I opened it the presentation wasn’t at all what I anticipated. The website clearly states they give you a candy splash and my box didn’t have any candy splash. I received 6 jars of candy and 4 of them weren’t sealed and stale. The two jars that were sealed were yummy. I emailed customer service about it and they said they discontinued the candy splash last year. They told me that they did seal the product and it was due to the temperature that it was this way. That’s not what happened, they were not sealed! I only tried one of each so am more than happy to send back for a fresh non defective product. Hopefully they make it right and I’ll be a happy customer.

I have been a customer of Candy Club for about 2 years. Some customers stated that the customer service was poor but each and every time I contacted Candy Club, they were fast to respond and nice. Once my one container of candy came in damaged and they refunded me back for 3 containers to replace that one. Another time I received candy that wasn't what I first selected in the candy profile and contacted them, which they in returned refunded me a whole box. If I needed to skip a shipment, they worked with me. Some say they don't like the selections of candy. There are some I do not like either and some that I received and gave away, but all you have to do is log onto your account, and if you don't like anything for that month, contact them to skip the next shipment or cancel. Today, after being a customer for 2 years, I contacted them to cancel my subscription. My family and I have tried everything we wanted to try from the selections they have to offer. I contacted them through the live chat option and was able to cancel within minutes with no problems.

Customer service has been great! I was a little disappointed when I tried ordering a chocolate candy and they were all melted into a giant clump. But the fruity gummy candies are great!

Customer service has addressed any concerns I've had. Super polite. Accommodating. I've honestly, in my adult life, never dealt with such a wonderful company that makes you feel like you matter to their business, the way Candy Club has! Bravo guys!(and gals). I appreciate all of the efforts put forth on my account. I'll definitely be recommending Candy Club to friends and family.

I paid for a 12 month Subscription in one lump sum. I received one box thus far and enjoyed the candy in that box. My problem is getting in touch with Customer Service to customize future boxes of Candy because there are some Candies I know I would hate. Anyway, Customer Ssrvice says they have a Chat on their website? I can’t find it. There is no other way y to contact them other than email. I can’t find a phone number. Customer Service please contact me and give me a better way to reach you. UPDATE: I improved the review because I was able to contact Customer service to customize my Candy boxes. Stay tuned...
