Do not order from this company. My daughter ordered a candy box and within one hour I contacted them to cancel it, as it was not authorized. They sent me 4 of the same emails & never answered my request about canceling, then notified me a day later that it had been shipped and I'd been charged.

I've tried to cancel my subscription, no one answers e-mails and I'm about to call. They took more money than they were suppose to off my credit card, there were 2 separate transactions, and they cannot be trusted as a company. I'm going to check with my card company if I can just stop them from taking money from my card in the future.

I am very disappointed with the candies I got. They were not good at all. I will probably end up giving them away which is a shame because it was super pricey. I got an email saying they would charge me for another month which makes absolutely no sense because I signed up for a one month subscription. I didn't even receive all the cards with the candy description. It was missing a few. Not worth your money in my opinion.

The candy is ok. I can actually get better candy at my local candy store for cheaper. The main problem is, it is hard to cancel your membership once you start. I was a member for a few months but then needed to cancel and even though I called them, they kept billing me and sending me candy. I eventually had to cancel that credit card to stop the charges. If they would have an option like Netflix where you can cancel your membership and restart at any time I would give them a 3 star, possibly 4 star, review.

Spent nearly $60 on my first box I was actually very excited for. My box hasn't arrived and I never received a tracking number, emailed the company several times with no reply. Save your money, waste of time and a waste of getting your hopes up.

DO NOT SIGN UP! I decided to try this out last month, March 2017. Signing up was very easy! Although once you sign up, that is it. They don't care about you anymore! I received my package really LATE! About 2weeks after, and it was okay. The candy green apple strips was good but that's about it. I wasn't very happy with it so I decided I wanted to cancel my membership... I call their hotline number, and guess what! It's just a voicemail telling you to call back again because their line is closed at the moment due to a "wide event" WHATEVER THAT MEANS! I try emailing them (SEE THE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS ON HERE) I emailed them March 23rd, and received a response not until the next day... Saying "In order to cancel your membership, as you have requested, you must give us a call at 888-598-5995..... Please note that your account will not be canceled until we speak to you." I have tried to call everyday since the 23rd of March however until now, April 6th, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH THEM. This is absurd! Every time I call, which is always around 12:00 PM Pacific time, all I get is an OPERATOR telling me to call back another time!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! And then I've tried emailing them a bunch of times, with Kindly cancel my membership as soon as possible... but NO! I don't get any response from Candy Club! Horrible customer service! Would have been great cause who hates Candy right?? but just horrible HORRIBLE customer service!! I will be calling my bank this time! This is just ridiculous! Who knew that a candy club, something that sounds so delightful, could turn out to be such a pain in the rear. I joined this club a few months back and was delighted with my first box, however, a short time later I removed gelatin from my diet, which most of these candies contain (we cannot get the chocolates where I live because it's too hot) so this left very little choices for me and I decided to cancel. Initially, I emailed my cancellation request and got an email back that said you had to call to cancel. A little bit of a pain, but okay. I called and was out on hold. A recording offered that I could be called back instead of holding which I did. When I did receive my call I was at work and could not answer the phone but was left a recording that promised my subscription had been cancelled. Oh how I wish I had saved the voicemail because a couple of months later I received and was charged for another subscription box. I called and was told that my subscription had never been cancelled but that my "dated had been changed" whatever that means. I told the rep I couldn't eat the candy (or was pretty sure I couldn't because it came with no paperwork or description of the items) and she suggested I give it away. I've been totally disgusted with the entire customer service experience I received. I was told again that my subscription had been cancelled (I hope this time it actually has). What's more concerning than all of this is that my card number had changed in the meantime because my card was stolen. Candy club still managed to charge my account even though I had only provided them with the card number. Concerning, to say the least.

I had been a member for 5 months. I went to the website to curate my box. The site allowed it but the company shipped me their monthly curatedbbix full of sour and gummy candy I dislike. When I contacted them they said they'd replace the candies. Then they wrong and blamed me saying that I submitted my selections too late. Their website allowed the changes. They made a promise they didn't keep. They are dishonest. Don't do business with them
