Candy club is easy and fun. I would always cancel my subscription but I always see myself coming back. I have a major sweet tooth and Candy Club is always on point with what I like. The only thing I would change if anything is being able to select the candy you like and don't like.

I absolutely love the candy club! I pick my own candies monthly and when I know the box is on the way, my coworkers and I get so excited to try the new candies of the month! I have had a few issues but each time I have called and been helped by a different person and they ALWAYS have a solution that exceeds my expectations! The customer support team really wants to make sure you are happy and taken care of! This might seem a little high in pricet but I am 100% satisfied and think it’s worth it! It really is a fun way to treat yourself and share with friends or coworkers!!!

My husband and I decided to spoil ourselves with a candy club membership. Unfortunately when the box came all the chocolate candies were melted :( It's pretty hot here so we should have figured that might happen. We weren't upset. So I called and talked to Ashley to ask if we can opt out of chocolate at least until winter. Not only did she help me change our membership to self picked items, she also sent us a new box. She's a real gem and was so nice and helpful. I can't wait for future boxes!!

Hi Stephanie, Thank you so much for your kind words! We are very sorry first of all, for the melted candies. This is never how we intend for your orders to arrive. That said, we are extremely elated to hear that Ashley went above and beyond for you, and made the situation right again, for you and your husband. We hope you enjoy the candies and please let us know if there is anything else we can do. Stay Sweet, The Candy Club Support Team

I live in the state of Florida and no less in the summer it gets extremely hot in the afternoons and then rains in the evening. When I joined the Candy Club I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary YEAH!!!! , I was use to my older house that had PO boxes with enclosed coverings and I didn’t have any problems with them but now that this is my first summer in my new house 🏡 my postman delivers my Candy 🍭 on my doorstep. Now I don’t know where the problem was from the delivery or the same my candy was all jelled together in a horrendous mess and not edible which could be a problem when you are a chocolate 🍫 lover like myself. Well I was scared to call because I never called the customer service for anything and I had the honor to talk to the most sweetest, understanding and most accommodating sweet lady I have ever met. Her name is Kim if you would like to ask for her. She was VERY sympathetic on my occurrence and not only did she promise a free shipment and replacement of the candies I lost but she also told me she’d make sure that my package will be double wrapped and have a cooler in it. And then she wanted to make sure to contact me or vice versa to see if everything is already. Now this sort of serve is the reason why I stick with Candy 🍬 Club for 2 years. Thank you Kim and Candy Club for making my life sweeter every single day!!!!! Sincerely Yours, Kyra
