It took 3 months to solve their…
It took 3 months to solve their shipping issues, primarily because they use almost paper thin cardboard boxes to individually ship 60 LB batteries via a national courier service.

Pas de stock
Pas de stock, 2 mois de délais et livraison chaotique. En résumé, voilà une belle expérience de me&&&&e en fait. Les employés ne font que répéter en boucle les mêmes âneries, en gros c'est jamais leur faute ou leur responsabilité. Utilisent Canpar pour leurs livraisons, probablement une des pires compagnies de livraison au Monde.

it's been 42 days! But I still haven't received my battery.
I ordered 24V 50Ah Lithium Battery (LiFePO4) on November 22 2025. Today is Jan 3 2026. it's been 42 days! But I still haven't received my battery. They have told me they would send to me soon more than 10 times!!! Can you imagine it?
