Never received my key
Never received my key. Went to their discord for support (what they recommended) and there’s no way for me to leave a ticket nor contact them.

We take every review seriously, so we searched our records for this order. We can't find a purchase, ticket, or contact attempt matching the details given. That matters because CamUnlocks is fully automated: license keys are generated and delivered the instant payment clears, with no manual step that could cause a key to go missing. If a delivery had failed, our system logs would show it. They don't.
On support: every member who joins our Discord sees a dedicated #support-ticket channel right away. It isn't hidden or hard to find. We run 24/7 support and handle hundreds of tickets a day between Discord, camunlocks.com/contact, Telegram, and Instagram. We just added two more support staff to keep response times fast, and this is the first time we've heard that our support is unreachable. That doesn't match how our server is actually set up.
We stand behind every genuine order. If you did purchase from us, reply with your order number or the email/Discord username used at checkout and we'll track it down and make it right.
