Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Models have control over their chat settings and moderation choices. If you believe you were banned unfairly, feel free to reach out to our support team with details so we can look into it. We're here to help.

Hi, we understand the concern. When adding a card, a small charge may appear, but it’s part of the standard card verification process and not a hidden fee. We don’t keep that amount. If you believe something was charged incorrectly, our support team can look into it right away.

Hi, we’re sorry you feel this way. All models on CamSoda are independent performers who choose how they present themselves, and many interact live with their fans in real time. If you ever experience something that feels misleading, our support team is here 24/7 to look into it and ensure the platform remains authentic and enjoyable.

Hi, we respect your perspective. CamSoda is a platform where models of all genders choose to perform on their own terms. Many use it as a source of income, self-expression, and independence. We support their autonomy and aim to create a safe, inclusive space for both performers and viewers.

Hi, we understand your frustration. However, models have control over their own rooms and who they interact with. For privacy and safety reasons, we always aim to respect both user and model boundaries on the platform.

Hi, we understand everyone has their own approach, but Camsoda is built to support independent performers who rely on tips and paid shows. There are free ways to enjoy the platform, but supporting models directly helps keep the community thriving and ensures you get the best possible experience.

Hi, we really appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad to hear you enjoy the variety, affiliate opportunities, and overall experience on Camsoda. We understand your concerns about perks for high contributors and the ability to stand out. Many features are token-based to support independent performers, but your suggestions about rewarding top users are valuable, and we’ll make sure they’re shared with the team. We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for our biggest supporters. See you soon!

Hi, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Without any details, it’s hard to understand what went wrong, unless this is just a creative way to harm our profile here 😉 Either way, our support team is here 24/7 if you’d like to share more so we can help.
