Same ridiculous problem as many others. The items sit in Indianapolis forever, weeks go by before the items gets here. I'm still waiting for items for Christmas that I ordered early December and it's the 30th of December. Last order they will get from me.

Ordered placed on 11/21, received email saying it was on its way to USPS facility on 12/7. Still haven’t received. Called Campus Classics and was told not much they could do. Called back 12/21 and the phone rang off the hook. Emailed on 12/24 and have yet to hear back. Looks like the order is at a USPS facility in Indiana now. Not sure when it will arrive.

I ordered an item 35 days ago and it has not come. I asked this to be investigated and had not heard back. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a shirt from this company, not only did it take 20 days to get here, i received the shirt with a hole in it. I am extremely disappointed with this company and won’t be ordering from here again!

Placed order for 5 shirts when adding more shirts to cart it changed them all to size small, being told no exchange or return. Don’t waste your time or money with this company....

This is the second and last time I will order from Campus Classics. Last Christmas I ordered an item, paid for expedited shipping & my item arrived 5 days after Christmas. I contacted company to get my shipping fees reversed since obviously my item was late & I was told “not our fault”. This year ordered on 12/5. Still waiting for item to arrive. I get the whole COVID & packages this year but honestly, of all items ordered from more than 20 different companies, this is the only item that did not arrive and was ordered earlier than some others.

Ordered 12/6. Order supposedly shipped 12/8. I have still not received it 12/27. I want a refund of the $5.95 shipping fee. And I will cancel order if not received ASAP.

Awful experience. Ordered Dec 6th. NEVER EVEN SHIPPED UNTIL DEC 22. I was never informed about this. My nephew did not have anything from me to open. What a horrible experience with your company. You really dropped the ball on this one.
