Awful Experience
You guys have been ignoring my calls. I ordered a bucket hat that came in as an extra large. It doesn’t even fit on anyone I know. There is no option for a size of the bucket hats. Extremely disappointed with this website and will NEVER use it again. I have advised our chapter to never use your site again.

Andy, As I said on the phone today, our Customer Service is open M-F. I apologize again that the Bucket Hat did not fit and have submitted our Return Authorization Form to you and will refund you for the merchandise.

Shipment is Two Weeks Late
Shipment is two weeks late. No discount offers no free expedited shipping. Nothing but a mass apology e mail for not being prepared for one of the biggest holidays for partying of the year. I’ll be returning my order as soon as it gets here.

I am sorry to hear your package is taking longer than expected to get to you. I did take a look at the tracking and it looks like it should be delivered today ( https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9405511108400068762982 ). Again we do apologize the production and ship time was longer than you would have liked, we do strive to have the highest quality standards so almost all of our items are made to order at time of purchase.
