DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible customer service. Placed a second order on December 6 before receiving my first order placed prior to Thanksgiving (I would never had placed a second had I known). Didn't get the first order until last week. Attempted to contact company numerous times. They do not give status updates on orders. Finally got in touch with someone on Dec 20. The order had not even gone out yet and it was placed on Dec 6.. Now have a tracking number that says it won't be delivered til after Christmas!! Now my son will be short 2 presents on Christmas morning!! Also not happy with the quality of items I did receive. I guarantee they would not even do refunds correctly either. Horrible company!!!!!!!!!!

Like the prior ones- I ordered mine on Dec 5th-NOTHING- I did 5 emails asking-EVERYTIME they wrote-We are trying to get all merchandise to our customers! DO NOT use this company-I will be disputing this on my Credit card and letting all know how this company works-Our Granddaughter may not have her $60. sweatshirt for Christmas-NOT nice!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with Campus Classics regarding the status of my order via 5 emails over now a 3 day period and 3 calls that always go to voicemail. I ordered my apparel Dec. 8th and was told online it would deliver by Dec. 17th. It is still showing unfulfilled as my status so has not even shipped yet. No one from this company has replied back or called back regarding my status of my order. I am very disappointed with the quality of service as I am a first time customer and Christmas is on the line. I ordered timely and should not be in this situation.

They had terrible customer service. I ordered a certain product and the website was very misleading. After i got the product and it was wrong, they wouldn't offer to give any help other than purchasing another one. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I would highly not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I placed an order for a Fraternity pullover on their website. When the pullover came in, the fraternity letters were SO much smaller than what was pictured on their website. The embroidered logo was literally smaller than a quarter and you could barely see it. I emailed the company and did get a response back the first time, asking for photos in which I sent as well as a screenshot from their website. I even put a quarter next to the letters so they could have a size reference. I never received a response from the second email so I emailed again. Still no response so I called. I was told that all the pullovers in their warehouse have the tiny letters and the picture on their website was just a different angle. Whether it was or not the letters online were actually visible and larger. I told them I wanted to return it and get my money back. I was given instructions and was told I would have to pay to return it. I told them I should not have to pay to return something that I never would have ordered to begin with had I not expected it to look like the photo advertising the product. I asked to speak to someone higher up and had to leave a message. I got a call back and was told that I zoomed in the photo and that’s why it looked differently. Honestly I did not. That letters can’t even be made out unless you’re standing really closely to the pullover. Why would anyone want to order something with a monogram that is that tiny? I won’t waste my money returning something that I shouldn’t have to pay for over their false advertising. Instead it will be donated to a local shelter. Use caution when ordering from this site! I wish there was an option on here to leave a photo for you to see for yourself.

I did not receive my items in a timely manner. I asked for a full refund and was ignored. Then my shipment came in after it was needed with no apology or refund or any correspondence whatsoever. I will never use them again.

The jacket I received was nothing like what it looked like online. The material was as thin as toilet paper and the logo looked like it had been ironed on and would life after a single wash. It’s 2018 and this company needs to figure out a better system of returning items. Customer service also took 5 business days to reply to my email. HIGHLY disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend Campus Classics.

About 10 days before before Christmas, I placed an order for about $200 in merchandise as a gift. I paid another $50 for expedited (overnight) shipping and handling to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery date. My order showed delivery scheduled several days prior to Christmas. When the order did not show up on time, I found I was unable to reach anyone at the company to find out the status of the order. It was only on the day after Christmas did I find out that the order had not even shipped.. Not only did Campus Classics not ship the merchandise, they never even gave me the courtesy of letting me know that the order would not ship, nor let me know that it would not be delivered. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund for letting them ruin an intended gift. I will at least give them 1 star credit for promptly refunding what was paid before I had to open a formal PayPal payment dispute. I would not order from them again.
