Hi Gail, your order was shipped out to you on November 17th. According to USPS tracking, it’s currently on the way to you and is at the USPS Distribution Center Annex in Birmingham, AL. You should receive your package this week. Once an order has been given to the postal service, it’s unfortunately out of our control. There are currently delays with every carrier due to the COVID-19 pandemic and holiday shopping. Received over priced sweatshirt with pen mark on one of the sewn on yellow Greek letters letters from their machine, NOT mine. Their solution was for me to pay $10 in shipping to return THEIR mistake or try to spot clean the letter. I opted for the $10 as I didn't want my sons Christmas gift to look like I bought it used. Worst customer service experience, it's your fault but I pay for your mistake.

Unfortunately, This is a small mark on the letter that may happened at the end of production as this item came off our machine. It looks like this item can be washed to get the mark out of the letter. This is why I feel this is not an item that has a major defect with it. We can exchange this item once you ship it back to us and there will be not charge to ship the new item back to you. Thank you for your patience with and for choosing Campus Classics. -Kyla

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! My son pledged a fraternity this fall and I received a flyer from Campus Classics, so for Christmas I thought to surprise my son and order him a couple of items from the site the catalog issued. Weeks later, nothing, numerous calls and voice messages to the company regarding my order..nothing. I only thought to look up Reviews of the company after failed communication. My biggest mistake. I showed my son the flyer of the company...never heard of them. He tells me I should have ordered directly from his fraternity online. Lesson learned. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... STAY AWAY FROM SITE. TRYING TO HELP ANYONE FROM THE MESS I'M HAVING TO GO THROUGH RIGHT NOW.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED $200 WORTH OR MERCHANDISE ON NOV. 20 AND ONE ITEM WAS TO BE PERSONALIZED. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT FULFILL THE COMPLETE ORDER, I JUST RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED DEC. 24. I SEND NUMEROUS EMAILS AND SPOKE ON THE PHONE WITH THEM TO SEND BY DEC. 20 AND THEY DISREGARDED MY REQUEST. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
