They took my money and no services were provided. Phone numbers doesn't work and they don't respond to emails

It's very hard to contact customer service. Phone calls always go to voicemail. I reschedule my class and got notification that it successfully rescheduled. But then it turns out the teacher didn't get the notification and she was waiting for my son to log in. Then when it's the time for the make-up class, the system didn't let me log in. I was going back and forth with the customer service via email but the reply time is sooooo slow. Another time, I log in and waited, then the teacher said that she got power shut-down so she cancelled the class. The next session, I log in, and no teacher showed up. I waited for 30 minutes. Tried to called the customer support but as suspected nobody answered. VERY DISSAPOINTED and wasted my time. When I asked for refund, after 5 days they then sent me email that they can't refund me. They reasons they use are vague and too many jargon. AGAIN, don't try this class. DO IN PERSON. It's better.

This is the worst company i have ever worked with. They laid off more then 25 employee on 11th January without paying December salary and no prior notice. No discussion or HR meeting has been done till now. No compensation is being offered at all. I am sure they will be taking up the funds and will shut this company off. I am going to sue this company for making me work more then 12 hours a day and not paying my salary. Now they want us to sign a contract before releasing our December 2023 salary. No i am not going to do that and i will make sure the Founder of this company suffer. I have all the proofs to take you down. I have seen other employees being badly effected by there decision, some of them are dealing with depression and so much more. I would request the parents who have invested the hard earned money in campk 12, to not to invest in such fraud companies. Date of experience: January 10, 2023

Attention!!! Please dont fall into this trap. Camp k12 cheated us stating to take the course for my 12year old child giving the full course for 55k charging 20k as advance. We took the classes after coordinating with our child school assuming the course will be helpful. But the staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A Salesman will call you to sell this course and once you pay the money, the gentlemen will disappear. We are staying out of India and these people took full advantage of same. There was no account manager. Everytime you have to call the call centre of theirs and everytime a new person attends your query unknown of what is your issue you discussed with their colleague. They are very rude and unprofessional in taking feedbacks and will provide extra class as a big favor they are doing on your child for the course. When you ask them to guarantee that the child will be in line with the course after the extra class or they will refund us the money, they will not agree, it shows their confidence of the course they teach. It seems all their teaching staff is out sourced and the teacher has no time to give you update or conduct a PTM. They will use your Childs class to conduct a PTM. With us they changed the teacher without prior intimation and there is no transition process between the teachers. So the teacher teaching now does not know what the previous teacher has taught your child. They are a money making machine and when asked the helpdesk or so called retention manager where did the person disappear who sold us the course, they dont have an answer. Imagine!!! My money is now stuck and when asked for refund they are taking us into circles from last 4-5 months. No one from the higher management will get involved to know what is the issue and what problems we faced. They are always right. Attached pics will proof their policy online for refund, the way they have dealt with us and sitting on our hard earned money. I can go on, but will make sure i complaint to the highest authority in the country i am living inn and also the school through which they approached us. Sorry for the ling review, but cannot summarize the facts of cheaters in few lines.

Run, this company is a scam, they Made us pay for a full year, after 2 month my son teach quit and they can’t find him another teacher. We can multiple times to get our money back with no avail

This company is full of unprofessional people. They have no real curriculum. If you are not satisfied with the course. They will not refund your money. Stay away
