My experience with Camp K12 was unpleasant. They do not deliver what they promise. The classes were canceled due to teacher illness, or technical glitch. It's hard to get a hold of someone to resolve a problem. I tried to stay with the company, but was discouraged by how hard it is to get them on the phone to resolve an issue. I would not recommend CampK12.

I am a one of the students of campk12. But when I started my first class it worked smooth and fine but on the second and third one the instructor had "internet problems" for June 3, 2022 and July 5, 2022. I don't understand how the same reason can happen 2 times in a row. I don't know if I can trust campk12. Because the website is in India and there will be no possible way to report them if they scammed or took $1,400. I would appreciate it if the app did not have to skip classes even if they tell you that it will be "covered."

They are really bad. We have spend a huge amount of money only to realize the course they give to parents is not followed up by the teachers. The teachers bully the child in the class. We want our refund and they want to appoint new teachers. Enough of fooling parents. Give our money back. L. Advani

Overall happy with CampK12. Their support is great and teachers are good too. There was a time when my daughter's teacher wasn't able to align with what my daughter needed but the teacher was changed on request and it has been good going for both my girls.

My son has fantastic experience with Camp K12. He loves his interaction with his teachers. He seems to be having fun.

We are having a great experience with Yaduraj Jadon! He is fantastic and he is super educated about the company and has made the transition super easy.

Purchased a course on June 17th. Trial class was good, but after payment I was unable to book ANY classes. It's a glitch that they promised to fix and never fixed. On the dashboard there are no available dates. I asked 100% refund, before taking any classes as stated on the website when I made the payment. A manager called me trying to convince to fix it in a few days, but all I want is my money back. Their customer support and chat stopped replying. Opened a dispute with Mastercard to get my money back. Really upset with this situation. Just want my refund. Simple like that. Please don't call me to convince to take 2 classes. I just want the refund and no questions asked, as stated on your site.

Dear All , First I would like to thank the wonderful management and a special mention goes to Aswin Sasindran , who is an absolute delight to talk to ( his upbringing and training tells a lot about what Courtesy and great manners are ) . He is so prompt and knows his job like a pro 👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏. The second part is the education imparted to my son , so far he has a lot of great things to say about the teachers and their great teachings .
